High quality dishes that are well thought out. This compares to some of the best Asian fusion restaurants in New York City and beyond. The staff are very good. Oysters are fresh almost daily. Foi gras was a bit earthy but delectibly savory. Lobster bisque is sparse but worth it.Main entrees are all equally generous, with the whole organic chicken as a winner.

My wife and I love this place. We aren't gamblers, but we love good food. We visit Parx just for this restaurant. The Sea Bass is excellent! I've thoroughly enjoyed everything I've tried there. And they are very accommodating to my wife's special dietary needs. Highly recommended.
